Application Process

Submit Requirements

Fill out the Google form and submit all required documents

Pay Corresponding Fees

Pay the certification fee of (200php) at the OBO Office.

Processing

Your request will be processed within 3-5 working days.

Release of Documents

Claim your certified documents at the OBO releasing section. Bring your Photocopy of valid ID
Authorization Letter (if authorized).
